Representing: Irish Interski Team 

Venue: Pamporovo, Bulgaria 

Date: March 17th - 22nd 2019

IASI - Irish Interski Team, represented Ireland at the 2019 World Congress for Snowsports Instructors from 54 different nations around the world. being held in Pamporovo, Bulgaria. The Team was 14 strong, with Ski, Adaptive, Telemark being represented, with a 12  strong demo team of skiers and telemark. With 4 key deliverers of the IASI philosophies & basic principles, with the key concept of mindfulness being introduced to all the nations with evening lectures also being delivered. 4 IASI team members would work as the research team listening to all nations deliver on the slopes. The team had great support with another 16 members supporting through the whole week as much as they possibly could.

What a team and what an adventure for all members and the association, being the first time in Irelands history that we had fully taken part in all aspects of the World Interski Congress. Delivery Teams, Demo Team, Lecture Team, Research Team, Support Team, this was the perfect combination to show the world what Ireland can do and does do so well.
